Welcome to ZingZingo ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.ZingZingo.in, the ZingZingo mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

By using ZingZingo, you represent that:

3. Our Services

ZingZingo provides an online marketplace that connects customers with restaurants, cloud kitchens, grocery partners (where available), and independent delivery partners.

We facilitate:

  • Food ordering

  • Order management

  • Payment processing

  • Delivery coordination

  • Customer support

Restaurants are responsible for preparing food, while delivery partners are responsible for delivery services.

4. Ordering Food

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • The order details are correct.

  • The delivery address is accurate.

  • You are available to receive the order.

  • You will make payment using approved payment methods.

Once a restaurant accepts your order, cancellation may not always be possible.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the Platform may include:

  • Item price

  • Delivery charges

  • Packaging charges

  • Convenience fees

  • Taxes (GST where applicable)

Prices may change without prior notice.

Restaurants determine food prices listed on the Platform.

6. Payments

We accept multiple payment methods, including:

  • UPI

  • Debit Cards

  • Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

ZingZingo does not store your complete payment card details.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled only in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Refunds may be approved in situations such as:

  • Wrong order delivered

  • Missing items

  • Damaged packaging

  • Food quality issues

  • Restaurant unable to fulfil the order

  • Duplicate payment

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period of the payment provider.

8. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic

  • Restaurant preparation time

  • Festivals

  • High demand

  • Events beyond reasonable control

ZingZingo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants are solely responsible for:

  • Food quality

  • Ingredients

  • Hygiene

  • Packaging

  • Nutritional information

  • Allergens

  • Compliance with food safety regulations

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should verify ingredients directly with the restaurant before ordering.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information.

  • Abuse restaurants or delivery partners.

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.

  • Upload viruses or malicious software.

  • Misuse promotional offers.

  • Violate any applicable law.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

11. Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers:

  • Are subject to availability.

  • May have eligibility conditions.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Any misuse of offers may lead to cancellation of benefits and account suspension.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on ZingZingo, including but not limited to:

  • Logo

  • Brand name

  • Graphics

  • Website design

  • Mobile application

  • Software

  • Images

  • Text

  • Icons

is the intellectual property of ZingZingo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZingZingo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Restaurant food quality issues

  • Delivery delays beyond reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

15. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Commit fraud

  • Abuse our Platform

  • Misuse promotional offers

  • Engage in unlawful activities

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
